Fundraiser – A Fair Trade Feast

Greetings from the Marquis Project and Fair Trade Town steering committee,

The Marquis Project is featuring a three course Fair Trade Feast on Sunday, March 5, 2017 as a fundraising initiative at The Dock on Princess, 1133 Princess Ave, Brandon.

A cash bar will be available starting at 5:30 pm with dinner served at 6 pm. [Vegetarian option needs to be pre-ordered.]

MENU INFO

Appetizer: pan seared gingered sea scallops in a turmeric coconut broth, with roasted corn and quinoa (Vegetarian: tofu instead of scallops)

Entree: coconut oil seared grilled pork tenderloin with lemongrass accented long grain rice and fire roasted jalapeno and mango salsa (Vegetarian: grilled eggplant instead of pork)

Dessert: coffee bean infused panna cotta with a  milk chocolate drizzle finished with a raspberry sorbet


Tickets are $50 per person and include a charitable tax receipt for a donation of $25.

Silent auction items and a 50/50 draw will be available at the dinner.
